WINTER WEATHER POLICY
If the clinic is closing due to inclement weather and you are scheduled that day for an appointment, we will contact you directly by phone or email.
If you need to cancel due to weather and the clinic has not been closed, you will not be charged for the late cancellation.
However, we ask that you please give us
as much notice as possible.
Otherwise, please be reminded that the cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment, or you will be charged the full cost of one treatment, or one treatment off of your package.
